Hogan currently serves as the Chief Executive
Officer at Boston Senior Home Care, a not for
profit agency that serves over 8,000 older
adults and adults with disabilities in Boston.
She most recently served as Vice President of
External Relations for Home Health Foundation,
which includes Home Health VNA, Merrimack Valley
Hospice and Home Care, Inc., one of the largest
home care agencies in Massachusetts. In this
role, Meg oversaw the development and
implementation of strategic, agency-wide
programs and initiatives that advanced and
promoted patient care services.
Before joining Home Health Foundation, Hogan served as Chief Operations Officer for the National Patient Safety Foundation, Executive Director for the New England Healthcare Assembly, and Director of Education and Marketing for the Massachusetts Hospital Association. Currently, Meg serves on the MA Health Policy Commission Advisory Council and as Board Treasurer for Massachusetts Women’s Political Caucus.
Meg holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an MBA from Western New England College.
Stumpf serves as the interim Chief Financial
Officer for Boston Senior Home Care, having
joined the agency in 2017.
Jon has extensive knowledge as a finance executive in the transportation industry as well as a small business owner. Jon was Director and Owner of Visiting Angels – North Reading. Visiting Angels is a firm that specializes in providing non-medical home care for seniors so they may remain living independently in their home. Jon has also worked closely with L’Arche Boston North, a community where those with disabilities may live independently. Prior to Visiting Angels, Jon served as Vice-President, Finance for Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company of Boston, Inc., where he held direct accountability for business management, accounting, finance, risk management/loss control, treasury and regulatory relations. Jon is a CPA and received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri – Columbia. Jon has been an active volunteer in community organizations and currently serves as Chairman of the Town of Andover Finance Committee, and on the St. Augustine Church Finance Council, and St. Augustine School Finance Committee.
the Director of Development and Quality
Assurance, Joanne’s responsibilities include
directing and managing the agency’s quality
assurance activities, provider contracts,
fundraising and development, and special
initiatives particularly in the area of
supportive housing development. She also works
closely with the agency’s Board of Directors in
the area of donor development, and coordinates
Boston Senior Home Care’s annual Anniversary
Celebration and Fundraiser.
Joanne brings over 25 years of public service experience to BSHC and previously served as the agency’s Associate Director. In this capacity, she was responsible for all of the agency’s direct care programs.
Prior to joining Boston Senior Home Care in December 2005, Joanne served as an Interim Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts State Office of Child Care Services (OCCS). As Interim Commissioner, she was responsible for ensuring the health and safety of more than 300,000 children in early education and care programs across the Commonwealth, as well as the administration of the State’s $366 million child care subsidy system. Joanne also served as the OCCS’s Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Procurement and Contracting. Prior to her tenure at OCCS, Joanne worked at the Department of Public Health in contract administration and compliance, and at the Department of Social Services, where she worked in various areas including contract management and foster parent training and recruitment.
Joanne graduated from Worcester State College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and from Clark University with a Master’s in Public Administration. She also holds a Certificate in Government Auditing from the Donahue Institute at the University of Massachusetts. Additionally, Joanne speaks fluent Greek and has been an active volunteer and fundraiser with the Massachusetts Leukemia and Lymphoma Society for over 10 years. She currently serves as the Chapter Secretary of the Board of Trustees.
C.G. Larios is the Human Resources Director for
Boston Senior Home Care. She started with the
Agency in 2007.
Esther came to BSHC with experience from the public and non-profit sectors having worked at Intel, Millipore, GTE and other companies in a variety of functions. She has experience in company start-ups, downsizing, and merger and acquisitions.
She has hands-on experience in executive recruiting, staff training and development, employee relations, diversity, compensation and benefits, performance management, process improvement, senior level strategic planning, and facilitating cross-functional teams.
Esther has a BA in Education and a minor in Chemistry from the InterAmerican University, San Germán, Puerto Rico, and has her Professional Human Resources certification.
